Naqsh Jewelry offers gold, diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry through its website and physical store.

Customers agree to provide accurate information and use our website only for lawful purposes.

We may refuse or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory unavailability, or other legitimate reasons, subject to applicable law.

2. Product Descriptions

We aim to provide accurate information about our jewelry, including materials, dimensions, specifications, and prices.

Natural gemstones and handcrafted jewelry may exhibit variations in color, shape, clarity, size, and appearance.

Product images may differ slightly from physical items due to lighting, photography, and display settings.

Natural, treated, synthetic, and lab-grown stones will be identified where applicable.

Inherent variations do not excuse incorrect material disclosures or products that fail to conform to agreed specifications.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD), unless otherwise stated.

Product prices may change due to gold market fluctuations, gemstone costs, sourcing, and other market conditions.

Confirmed and accepted purchases will be honored at their agreed prices unless a change is legally permitted or mutually agreed.

Payments must be made using the available methods displayed at checkout.

4. Orders

Customers must review their order details, product selections, sizes, customization requests, and contact information before confirming payment.

Order acknowledgments confirm receipt of a request. Order fulfillment remains subject to acceptance, payment verification, and product availability.

If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will contact the customer and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where required.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Eligible jewelry purchases in Kuwait are subject to a 24-hour return or exchange policy and applicable consumer-protection rules.

Eligible international orders may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return, Exchange & Repair Policy.

The original invoice and original product condition are required for voluntary returns.

Products that are defective, misrepresented, or nonconforming remain subject to mandatory legal remedies.

6. Pre-Orders and Customized Jewelry

A 50% advance payment is required for pre-orders and customization orders.

Customer-requested cancellation may result in forfeiture of the advance payment, to the extent permitted by law.

Normal production and delivery take approximately 35–40 days, although some orders may require up to 60 days.

Customized jewelry is produced according to approved specifications and subject to applicable legal obligations.

7. Repair Services

Naqsh Jewelry does not offer a general voluntary warranty or guarantee unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Repairs are subject to inspection, feasibility, acceptance, and applicable charges.

Special-cut diamonds and gemstones may not always be repairable.

Accepted special-cut stone repairs may take up to four months.

Repair services remain subject to statutory consumer rights and obligations.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Free standard shipping is available within Kuwait.

International shipping is available to eligible destinations, subject to courier availability and applicable charges.

International customers may be responsible for import taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees.

Delivery arrangements are governed by our Shipping & Store Pickup Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

Website content, product photography, designs, text, graphics, logos, and branding are owned by Naqsh Jewelry or their respective rights holders.
